What is Reiki?
Reiki is a spiritual healing art and a type of biofield energy therapy. Derived from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “kei” (life energy), Reiki aims to restore balance in the body’s energy flow. During a session, a practitioner lightly places their hands on or above the person to direct energy, supporting the body’s natural healing process.
